Handling/Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen. Thaw in refrigeration before cooking. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately. 1) Oven Baked: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange cakes on a lightly greased baking sheet or pan. Place pan on middle rack of oven. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Let stand 1 min. & serve. 2) Pan Saute: Preheat saute pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. of butter or oil per cake. Flatten cakes and place in pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side or internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Let stand for 1 min. & serve. Keep frozen.
